Good questions

FAQ

Is Blurb really free?

Yes — completely free, no trial, no hidden plans. Techno Ved built it and shares it with the community.

Why do you ask for my WhatsApp number?

To keep bots out and to send you the one-time verification code. We use it for that and for occasional Blurb updates — nothing else, and we never share it.

Where are my notes stored?

Only on your own computer, in a local file. Blurb has no cloud and never uploads your notes.

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is it safe?

That’s Microsoft SmartScreen reacting to a new app from an independent developer. Click More info → Run anyway. The demo video above shows this step.

Which systems are supported?

Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). Mac and Linux versions aren’t available yet.

I didn’t receive the WhatsApp code.

Check that the country code and number are right and that the number is on WhatsApp. You can tap “Resend code” after 30 seconds.
